General Disclaimer
The figures on this page—including energy savings, appliance lifespan, and water-hardness data—come from published government and industry research. Every home is different, and individual results will vary. These are realistic outcomes, not guarantees.
The 30-day guarantee, warranty transfer, and free relocation offer each have their own eligibility conditions, as set out below. These terms and conditions may be updated or changed at any time at the discretion of Zenith Pure Solutions.
Start with real answers.
A free water test is the right place to start for information specific to your home. It takes 5–10 minutes, costs nothing, and carries no obligation.
30-Day Guarantee
Applies where the system is not performing as expected or water-quality results are unsatisfactory.
- The customer must contact Zenith within 30 calendar days of installation.
- The system must be unmodified and accessible for collection.
- Full removal and a 100% refund will be processed within 14 business days of collection.
- Rental customers are subject to separate Rental Agreement terms.
Warranty Transfer
The warranty transfers automatically to new property owners at the original installation address.
- No re-registration is required.
- The new owner assumes the remaining warranty term from the original installation date.
- The transfer does not apply to relocated systems.
Free Relocation
Applies to the first residential relocation within the greater Indianapolis service area only.
- Transportation of the unit is arranged by the customer.
- The new address must have suitable plumbing.
- A minimum of five business days’ notice is required.
- Subsequent relocations are quoted at standard labor rates.
- The 30-day guarantee does not reset upon relocation.
Pricing & Financing
Daily rates shown are based on outright ownership through Hearth financing over 36 months at an average 9.99% APR, subject to credit approval. Exact pricing is confirmed during the free water test. All prices include professional installation. No hidden fees.
Research Sources & Claim Information
Water-hardness data is sourced from Citizens Energy Group annual drinking-water quality reports. Hardness classification follows the Water Quality Association standard scale. Energy-efficiency figures reference the U.S. Department of Energy’s Energy Saver resources on water heating.
