These Terms and Conditions apply to the Zenith Pure Solutions website: www.zenithpuresolution.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned by Zenith Pure Solutions, located at 6951 East 30th Street, Ste B, Indianapolis, IN, USA. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

Zenith Pure Solutions reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By using our Site, you agree to receive electronic communications from us, including emails and website notices. Such communications satisfy any legal requirement for written communications.

All content available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, documents, and data, is owned by Zenith Pure Solutions or its content providers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Zenith Pure Solutions trademarks, logos, graphics, page headers, button icons, product names, and service names featured on the Site are trademarks or trade dress of Zenith Pure Solutions. You may not use these in any manner that may cause confusion, disparage, or discredit Zenith Pure Solutions.

All product purchases made through Zenith Pure Solutions are subject to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Zenith Pure Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This license excludes resale, commercial use, data mining, or extraction of Site content. Unauthorized use terminates the license granted by Zenith Pure Solutions.

The Site allows online purchases through our cart and checkout systems. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian permission. Zenith Pure Solutions does not specifically target or solicit minors under 13 years of age and adheres to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

You may submit content such as reviews or comments, provided they are not illegal, obscene, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or otherwise injurious or objectionable. Zenith Pure Solutions reserves the right, but is not obligated, to edit or remove content. Submitting content grants Zenith Pure Solutions nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual rights to use, modify, and publish such content.

Zenith Pure Solutions offers subscription-based purchases, providing replacement filters shipped at regular intervals. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your credit card according to the interval you select. You acknowledge responsibility for recurring charges until cancellation. Subscriptions may be canceled through your customer portal or by emailing sales@zenithpuresolutions.com. Cancellations must be submitted by 4:00 PM EST the day before your scheduled order processing date. Orders processing over the weekend must have cancellations submitted by 4:00 PM EST the preceding Friday.
