Domestic ShippingZenith Pure Solutions processes and ships orders within 48 hours of receipt. We utilize FedEx, UPS, and USPS for domestic shipping.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST with expedited shipping services will be shipped the same business day, subject to verification and payment approval.
Oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping fees. For special shipping requests, please contact us at sales@zenithpuresolutions.com or call us at (317) 934-8867, Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM EST.
International ShippingCurrently, Zenith Pure Solutions does not ship internationally through our online platform. Please contact customer support for inquiries about international shipping options and costs.
P.O. BoxesPlease avoid providing a P.O. Box for your shipping address. FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is provided, we will attempt delivery through USPS.
Delivery InformationZenith Pure Solutions does not deliver on Sundays or major holidays. Zenith Pure Solutions is not responsible for packages lost by shipping providers. Any lost package claims should be directly filed with the shipping carrier. Zenith Pure Solutions will not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
Return PolicyTo initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our customer support:

Returns must include the RMA number, your contact information, and proof of purchase.
Return WindowProducts found defective within 30 days of purchase are eligible for return or exchange. After 30 days, returns are subject to the terms outlined in the manufacturer's warranty.
Return Shipping GuidelinesPlease return products in their original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, please use packaging of equivalent strength and ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Drain any water from the product before shipping and wrap parts securely in plastic.
Order CancellationsOrders not yet shipped can be canceled by contacting customer support promptly. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.
Shipment RefusalDo not refuse delivery without an RMA number. Unauthorized shipment refusals will result in no refund. Authorized refusals with an RMA number will have return shipping charges deducted from the refund.
Refund PolicyRefunds are processed using the original payment method and typically take 3-5 business days after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. Refund amounts depend on the item's condition and adherence to our return policy. Items purchased on sale will be refunded at the sale price.
Specific Refund Conditions
- Unopened and unused items: Full refund.
- Opened or used but non-defective items: Subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Defective items: Full refund upon confirmation of defect upon receipt.
- Custom-built or commercial systems: Non-refundable due to customization and specificity of these systems.
